Early Pregnancy Stretch Mark Prevention Tips

Welcome to the Pregnancy Announcements website. You’re most likely here because you are expecting a baby or know someone who is currently expecting. Pregnancy is a great time full of excitement, but also full of stress and maybe anxiety. It is never too early during pregnancy to think about what happens after a baby is born. While most of the attention goes towards the little one, there small things that can have a big impact.

One of those “forgotten” issues are pregnancy stretch marks. Many women start worrying about it when it is already too late. We recommend to take a little preventive action during pregnancy to avoid the big shock after baby is born. Why? Research has shown that many women that get a post partum depression also feel depressed due to stretch marks. During pregnancy all attention goes toward you, but as soon as baby is born the attention shifts away towards the little one. Stretch marks and the signs of pregnancy stay with you and sometimes this is too much to carry. Don’t let this happen to you.

The “First Time Pregnancy” website has published a great article about how to prevent stretch marks or to reduce the impact that stretch marks will have to your body. If you are concerned about stretch marks, please check it out.
